1. Call to Order Procedural: 1.01 Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. Amy Rubin was absent and excused.

2. Public Comment Information: 2.01 Public Participation at Board Meetings There were no public comments presented at this meeting.

3. Superintendent Comments Information: 3.01 Superintendent Comments Superintendent, Dr. Sean Doherty, presented an update to the community of the district.

4. Action Items Action, Discussion: 4.01 Board Anti-Racism / Anti-Bias Resolution That the Board of Education approve the Anti-Bias/Anti-Racism Board Resolution, to recognize the injustices against Black Americans and to commit to our District’s work on equitable and anti-racist systems.

Motion by Gary Pierson, second by Stacy Siwak. Final Resolution: Motion Carries Yea: Joe Miller, Gary Pierson, Stacy Siwak, Jason Wilson, David Gulick, Kimberly Hurst

The board took a break at 8:04 p.m. and returned at 8:09 p.m. The assistant superintendents, chief financial officer and chief technology officer left the meeting.

5. Board Member Orientation Information: 5.01 Missouri School Board's Association Orientation for Board Members Janet Tilley, the Director of Board Training for the Missouri School Board Association, led an orientation workshop for board members and superintendent.
