The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. Amy Rubin was absent and excused.

Information: 3.01 Superintendent Comments 
Superintendent, Dr. Sean Doherty, presented an update to the community of the district.  
 
 
4. Action Items 
Action, Discussion: 4.01 Board Anti-Racism / Anti-Bias Resolution 
That the Board of Education approve the Anti-Bias/Anti-Racism Board Resolution, to recognize the 
injustices against Black Americans and to commit to our District’s work on equitable and anti-racist 
systems. 
 
Motion by Gary Pierson, second by Stacy Siwak. 
Final Resolution: Motion Carries

The board took a break at 8:04 p.m. and returned at 8:09 p.m. The assistant superintendents, chief

Janet Tilley, the Director of Board Training for the Missouri School Board Association, led an orientation 
workshop for board members and superintendent.
