“Alderman Garnholz introduced Bill No. 6587, an Ordinance Authorizing an Agreement Granting to Centurylink Communications, LLC, a License to Construct, Operate, Maintain and Replace Communication Transmission Lines In and Upon Public Roads and Rights of Way in the City of Clayton, Missouri; Providing for the Regulation of the License So Granted; and Providing for Compensation to the City of Clayton for the Grant Thereof; and, Authorizing an Agreement Between the City and the School District of Clayton Relative to the Use of Certain Communication Transmission Lines Provided to the City By Centurylink Communications LLC and Located within the City’s Rights of Way to be read for the first time by title only”
