(Bill No. 6750) – 2nd Reading • To consider approval in order to fund the cost of one-half of the renovations and expansion of The Center of Clayton and for the refunding of the 2009B outstanding bond issue; The total estimated amount of bonds is $12,975,000.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To approve a contract with Pace Construction Company, LLC for the Brentwood Boulevard Resurfacing Project. (Bill No. 6758) • To consider approving an ordinance authorizing a contract with Pace Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $1,341,750.00.

2. Ordinance – To establish the Community Equity Commission. (Bill No. 6759) • The creation of the proposed Community Equity Commission will provide the Mayor and Board of Aldermen with an additional resource as well as special insight and guidance on matters of equity, diversity and inclusion.

3. Ordinance – To authorize the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Eastern Missouri Coalition of Police, Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 15. (Bill No. 6760) • To consider approving an MOU that details a resolution of wages for Union members for Fiscal Year 2020 which begins on October 1, 2019.

4. Ordinance – To authorize closing under a purchase agreement for the sale of 227 S. Central Avenue. (Bill No. 6761) • To authorize the Interim City Manager to execute, on behalf of the City of Clayton, the ancillary documents required to close the sale consistent with the terms of the Purchase Agreement.
