Following review of past PUD projects, current city goals, and feedback from the discussion sessions, staff drafted a modification and public benefits framework for PUDs. The proposed framework draft was sent to developers, designers, and property owners who have completed a PUD project within Clayton or who have inquired about a future potential PUD project to collect feedback from the development community on the changes.
