PUBLIC HEARING AND ORDINANCE FOR A MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAT LOCATED AT 304 NORTH CENTRAL AVENUE

Mayor McAndrew opened the public hearing and requested proof of publication.

City Manager Gipson reported that this is a public hearing and subsequent ordinance to consider approving a minor subdivision plat for the subdivision of one parcel located at 304 North Central Avenue.

The subject property is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of North Central Avenue and Kingsbury Boulevard. The property is zoned R-3 One- and Two-Family Dwelling District and is in the North Bemiston Subdivision. The property is developed with a single-family house.

Nancy Georgen, owner, addressed the Council (virtually) to answer questions.

Anna Krane, Director of Planning, addressed the Board to answer questions.

Mayor McAndrew closed the public hearing.

Mayor McAndrew called the meeting to order and requested a roll call. The following individuals were in attendance:

In person: Susan Buse, Becky Patel, Gary Feder, Rick Hummell, Jeff Yorg, Kami Waldman, and Mayor Bridget McAndrew.

Staff: City Manager Gipson, City Attorney O’Keefe, City Clerk Frazier, and Assistant City Manager Burr.

OPEN FORUM

Gina Mitten, 1615 Hunter Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, addressed the Council announcing her candidacy for State Senate-District 4.

A PUBLIC HEARING AND AN ORDINANCE FOR A MINOR CONSOLIDATION PLAT LOCATED AT 224 AND 228 NORTH BEMISTON AVENUE

Mayor McAndrew opened the public hearing and requested proof of publication.

City Manager Gipson reported that this is a public hearing and subsequent ordinance to consider approving a minor consolidation plat for the consolidation of two parcels located at 224 and 228 North Bemiston Avenue.

The subject properties are located on the east side of Bemiston Avenue between Pershing Avenue and Kingsbury Boulevard. The properties have a zoning designation of R-3 One and Two-Family Dwelling District. 224 North Bemiston Avenue is developed with a single-family house. 228 North Bemiston Avenue is developed with a duplex. The consolidation would be accompanied by the demolition of the duplex located at 228 North Bemiston Avenue and future construction of a garage.

Lora Headrick, land surveyor, representing applicant/owner, Randy Lipton addressed the Council (virtually) to answer questions.

Anna Krane, Director of Planning, addressed the Board to answer questions.

Councilmember Patel seconded.
