IV. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Ordinance – A subdivision plat for 111 & 121 South Meramec Avenue. (Bill No. 7135) * A public hearing and subsequent ordinance to consider approving a major subdivision plat for the boundary adjustment of two lots, including the relocation of an existing city alley. Both lots are zoned M-3 High-Density Mixed-Use District.
