Statement of Adequate Notice Information, Procedural: 1.01 Statement of Notice The board retreat of the School District of Clayton Board of Education was called to order at 6:13 p.m., and held at the Seven Gables Inn at 26 North Meramec Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105. Board President, Amy Rubin, was absent. 2. Study Items Discussion: 2.01 Board Retreat Dr. Marty Schafer, a consultant with Franklin—Covey,led the board retreat with board members present and Dr. Patel. 3. Adiournment Action, Procedural: 3.01 Adjournment That the Board Retreat adjourn.
