Mayor Harris introduced the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) 2024-2025 led by their Community Advisor, Jenny Abeles and Faculty Advisor Darcy Cearley. Students recognized were:

Clayton Recreation Sports, and Wellness Commission (CRSWC) Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget

Toni Siering, Director of Parks and Recreation provided the annual update and proposed FY2025 CRSWC budget (copy available in the City Clerk’s office).

No action was taken.

Motion made by Gary Pierson, seconded by Kim Hurst to adjourn the joint meeting.

The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

The joint meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
