Board of Aldermen Strategic Discussion Session In-Person and Virtual (Zoom) Meeting August 18, 2023 Clayton City Hall, 10 N. Bemiston Avenue

The meeting was open to individuals to attend in-person and/or virtually via Zoom.

Board of Aldermen: Mayor Harris, Ira Berkowitz, Bridget McAndrew, and Susan Buse.

Staff:

City Manager Gipson and City Clerk June Frazier.

Absent: Alderman Becky Patel, Alderman Feder, and Alderman Hummell.

FY2024 PROPOSED BUDGET DISCUSSION AND REVIEW

City Manager Gipson provided the Board with a PowerPoint© presentation on the proposed FY2024 budget. (copy available upon request in the City Clerk’s office).

No action (vote) was taken.

Bruce Miller, resident, The Plaza, addressed the Board with comments and questions regarding the proposed budget.

Motion made by Alderman Berkowitz to adjourn the meeting. Alderman McAndrew seconded.

The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:36 p.m.
