DISCUSSION ON TENANT BILL OF RIGHTS

City Manager Gipson provided a draft ordinance (for discussion only) to the Board.

No action (vote) was taken.

DISCUSSION ON GAS-POWERED LEAF BLOWERS

City Manager Gipson provided an update and discussion on the proposed ordinance regarding gas-powered lawn equipment.

No action (vote) was taken.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
