Call to Order

Motion made by Chris Win to adopt the agenda. Jason Growe seconded. Motion passed.

Mayor McAndrew welcomed public comments from the audience. None.

Mayor McAndrew introduced the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) 2025-2026 led by their Community Advisor, Jenny Abeles and Faculty Advisor Darcy Cearley. Students recognized were:

Clayton Recreation Sports, and Wellness Commission (CRSWC) Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget

Toni Siering, Director of Parks and Recreation provided the annual update and proposed FY2026 CRSWC budget (copy available in the City Clerk’s office).

No action was taken.

Motion made by Chris Win, seconded by Jason Growe to adjourn the joint meeting. The motion passed.

The joint meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
