April 7 Election: What to Know About Prop O and Voting On Tuesday, April 7, residents of the School District of Clayton will decide on Proposition O , a $135 million zero-tax-rate-increase bond referendum. If approved, funds would support an initial phase of facility improvements identified through the District’s Long-Range Facilities Master Plan , including: Key Facts Voting Information Beginning Tuesday, March 31, the Mid County Library (7821 Maryland Ave.) will be used as a place to vote absentee in-person without an excuse. This site will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through April 3. On Saturday, April 4, it will be open fro 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Monday, April 6, it will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Election Day, Tuesday, April 7 , polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters may cast a ballot at any St. Louis County polling location, including: Visit the St. Louis County Board of Elections website for more information.
