The meeting was open to individuals to attend in-person and/or virtually via Zoom.

City Council: Mayor McAndrew, Susan Buse, Becky Patel, Gary Feder, and Betsy Meyland- Smith.

Staff: Assistant City Manager Burr and City Clerk Frazier

Absent: Jeffery Yorg, Kami Waldman, and City Manager Gipson

PRESENTATION ON E-BIKE/SCOOTER REGULATIONS

Lieutenant Jeff DeVorss, Clayton Police Department, addressed the Council providing a presentation on E-Bike enforcement and regulations. (copy available in the City Clerk’s office).

Assistant City Manager Burr discussed suggested amendments to the City Code related to E- bike regulations.

No action (vote) was taken.

There being no further discussion, the City Council adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
