Gay Field Athletic Complex Schematic Designs Gay Field has been the proud home of Greyhound athletics since 1930. With the passage of Prop O, the facility will be updated to improve safety, accessibility and community use. The renderings below were developed during the Schematic Design phase, when early concepts for modernizing the athletic complex were created. These designs by BLDD Architects include the site plan, concession stand floor plan, renderings of the press box and field house locker room. During the Design Development phase, meetings will be held to gather feedback and refine the plans in preparation for the Construction Documents.
