III. OPEN FORUM This is the opportunity for the City Council to listen to comments from citizens concerning any matter of the city's business or any matter on which the City Council has control. Anyone wishing to address any aspect of a matter that is the subject of a public hearing scheduled for the same meeting shall confine any comments on that subject to the public hearing and not address that subject during an open forum. Each person addressing the City Council must complete and submit to the city clerk a speaker card containing the speaker's name, residential address and the subject upon which the speaker desires to speak. Each speaker is limited to three minutes to address the City Council during an open forum.

No. 2026-26) * A public hearing to consider a request for a CUP to allow for the construction of a 415 square foot pool house containing an ADU.

1. Resolution - Endorsement for St. Louis County’s grant program for the city’s waste reduction efforts. (Res. No. 2026-28) *Recommendation from the Sustainability Committee to endorse submittal of an application to St. Louis County’s grant program.

2. Resolution – Public art for Vivienne Apartments located at 211 N. Meramec Avenue a Planned Unit Development (PUD). (Res. No. 2026-29) *A recommendation of the Public Art Advisory Committee for public art.

3. Ordinance – Contract with GHD Services Inc. for website redesign, development, hosting, and support services. (Bill No. 7174) *To consider a contract for website support services.
