Board members viewed a video approximately 4 minutes in length highlighting Disability & History Awareness Month and recognized
the district's PAC Ed program.
Information: 2.02 Clayton High School Athletic Trainer Saves Student's Life
Board members recognized Amra Kardasevic for her actions that saved a student’s life during soccer practice.
3. Public Comment
Information: 3.01 Public Participation at Board Meetings
Suzanne Whitman: Ms. Whitman thanked the board members and administration for their support to her as an advocate regarding
the reading program in the district.

Information: 4.01 Superintendent Communications
Dr. Nisha Patel, Superintendent, provided an update to the board and community members.

Information: 5.01 Student Representative to the Board of Education - Update
Mohini Mahajan, Student Representative, provided an update to the board and community members.
6. Presentations
Information: 6.01 Goal 1: A Place for Everyone
Board members received an update regarding Strategic Plan Goal 1: A Place for Everyone. The plan, along with district policy, serves
as a guide to the District's sustemic work around Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

That the Board of Education approve the consent agenda.

Jason Growe - Mr. Growe provided an update on the Teaching & Learning Committee meeting he attended on behalf of Ms. Stacy
Siwak.
Jason Wilson - Mr. Wilson was unable to attend the Equity Committee meeting.
Stacy Siwak - Ms. Siwak spoke of the walkthrough at the Family Center.
