The meeting was open to individuals to attend in-person and/or virtually via Zoom.

City Council: Mayor McAndrew, Susan Buse (virtual), Becky Patel, Gary Feder, Jeffery Yorg (virtual), Kami Waldman, and Betsy Meyland-Smith.

Staff: Assistant City Manager Burr and City Clerk Frazier

REVIEW OF CURRENT E-BIKE/SCOOTER REGULATIONS

Captain Al Thuet, Police Department, addressed the Council providing a PowerPoint presentation on E-Bike regulations. (copy available in the City Clerk’s office).

No action (vote) was taken.

PRESENTATION FROM F.L.O.C.K. REPRESENTATIVES

Chief Mark Smith, Police Department, addressed the Council providing a brief introduction on the F.L.O.C.K. Safety cameras.

Ian Leslie, Regional Public Affairs Manager at Flock Safety, addressed the Council providing a PowerPoint presentation on the F.L.O.C.K. Safety cameras. (copy available in the City Clerk’s office)
