1. Call to Order
Procedural: 1.01 Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance 
The working session of the Board of Education was held virtually via Zoom due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 
meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. 
2. Study Item
Study: 2.01 Return to Learn Plan 
Our superintendent, Dr. Sean Doherty, presented an overview of the Return to Learn plan during the COVID-19 
pandemic and how it affects our schools and what our district plans are in regards to returning to school.  
3. Adjournment
Action, Procedural: 3.01 Adjourn to Executive Session 
Motion to adjourn the working session and pursuant to RSMO 610.021(3),(13) the Board of Education will meet in 
executive session for discussion related to personnel issues. 
Motion by David Gulick, second by Amy Rubin. 
Final Resolution: Motion Carries
