A. New Construction – Single Family Residence* 6353 Fauquier Site Plan Review Consideration of a request by Rick Ottolino, owner/architect, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a 3,768-square-foot single-family residence.

A. Mixed-Use Development – Vanguard Clayton* 8500 Maryland Avenue Continued consideration of a request by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 273,500-square-foot, 5-story building located on top of a 2-level, partially below grade parking structure containing 4,526 square feet of ground floor retail and live/work space, 229 residential units, and 352 parking spaces.

NEW BUSINESS

A. Revision to Previously Approved Plan – Exterior Alteration 10 East Brentmoor Park Consideration of a request by David Williams, architect on behalf of Erin & David Karandish, owners, for review of a proposed redesign of the driveway and front garden walls.
