A. 123 & 125 Gay Avenue – Subdivision Plat - Residential PC Consideration of a request by Robert Slavin, owner/developer, for review of a lot consolidation plat to combine two existing lots in the Colonial Park Subdivision into one lot measuring 9,403-square-feet.

B. 8121 Stratford Drive – New Construction – Single Family Residence PC/ARB Site Plan Review Consideration of a request by Mark Rubin, Audubon Development II, LLC, owner/developer, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a new two-story, 3,840-square-foot single- family residence.

F. 7800 Forsyth Boulevard - Commercial – Signage Subdistrict ARB Consideration of a request by Signcrafters, contractor on behalf of Forsyth Partners, LLC, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with a proposed signage subdistrict for the subject building.
