NEW BUSINESS

A. 148 North Central Avenue – New Single-Family Residence Site Plan Review PC Consideration of a request by Kent & Patricia Chapin, owners, for review of a site plan associated with the proposed construction of a new 2-story, 4,060-square-foot single-family residence.

Architectural Review ARB Consideration of a request by Kent & Patricia Chapin, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a new 2-story, 4,060-square-foot single-family residence.

B. 21 North Meramec Avenue – Commercial Addition & Alteration ARB Consideration of a request by SP Architects, LLC, on behalf of Twin Springs Investments, LLC, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with a two-story, 700-square foot rear addition, a 400-square-foot rooftop elevator lobby, a canopy and terrace and enlarged second floor windows on the front elevation.

C. 8300-8400 Maryland Avenue (Caleres) –Landscape Improvements ARB Consideration of a request by Adrian Allen on behalf of Caleres, owner, for review of new landscaping along the building’s north and east elevations.

D. 100 Carondelet Plaza (Ritz Carlton Parking Structure) – Rooftop Antennas ARB Consideration of a request by Brett Blackhurst, Project Manager, Fortune Wireless on behalf of Verizon Wireless, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of nine telecommunication antennas on an existing shelter building.
