MINUTES – Regular meeting of August 17, 2015

NEW BUSINESS

A. 25 North Central Avenue – Subdivision Plat PC Consideration of a request submitted by Joe Downs, Opus Development Company, LLC, owner under contract, for a major subdivision plat to consolidate five existing lots measuring 31,942 square feet, and provides for an 800 square foot right-of-way dedication to the City along the southern alley. The same plat was approved by the Board of Aldermen on June 9, 2015 but was not recorded within the required 30 days.

B. 711 Middle Polo Drive – Addition & Alteration - Single Family Residence ARB Consideration of a request by Peter Uetrecht, contractor on behalf of Patrick & Stacy Donahue, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with a proposed half story addition and new front porch.

C. 15 North Meramec Avenue – New Restaurant Conditional Use Permit PC Consideration of a request by Brian Ivy, architect on behalf of Eat, Drink, Live, LLC , tenant, for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of an 8,277-square-foot restaurant.

Architectural Review ARB Consideration of a request by Brian Ivy, architect on behalf of Eat, Drink, Live, LLC, tenant, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed alterations to the existing commercial building and a new rooftop dining area.

-OVER- PUBLIC HEARINGS

A. Text Amendment to Zoning Regulations – Package Liquor Stores PC Consideration of a proposedPOSTPONEDamendment to the definition of “Package Liquor Store” to allow package liquor stores to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises.

B. Text Amendment to Zoning Regulations – Front Yard Prohibitions PC Consideration of a proposed amendment to Section 405.240 (Front Yard Prohibitions) to allow mobile food vending equipment in front yards in conformance with proposed amendments to Section 505.125 (Private Mobile Food Vending).
