1. Call to Order
Information, Procedural: 1.01 Statement of Adequate Notice, Pledge of Allegiance 
The business meeting of the School District of Clayton was held at #2 Mark Twain Circle, Clayton, MO in the administrative boardroom. 
The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. Board president, Amy Rubin, was absent for this meeting. Vice President, Gary Pierson, 
was the acting president. 
2. Recognizing Our Own
Information: 2.01 Matt Martin and Landon Miller
Clayton High School student, Matt Martin and Landon Miller, were recognized for saving a motorist's life after Homecoming, 2021.
Matt Martin participated via Zoom. Landon Miller was not present for this recognition.
3. Superintendent Communications
Information: 3.01 Superintendent Communications 
Superintendent, Dr. Nisha Patel, presented to the community information on Veteran's Day, our presentation regarding an update on 
our Strategic Plan - To Grow as Learners, Cross Country, a vaccine clinic and booster clinic are planned, as well as providing a COVID 
update in our district. 
4. Student Representative to the Board
Information: 4.01 Student Representative to the Board of Education - Update
Student Representative to the Board of Education, Aitana Rosas Lin hard, presented an update on schools to the community with
information on Wydown and Captain District Advisory Councils, Wydown's first theater performance, spirit days on Friday, winter
sports and the announced extended Thanksgiving break.

Information: 5.01 To Grow as Learners
Dr. Milena Garganigo, Assistant Superintendent Teaching and Learning, presented an update on Goal 2 of our Strategic Plan -To Grow
As Learners.
