NEW BUSINESS

A. 230 South Brentwood Boulevard–Ground Sign ARB Consideration of a request by Patrick Smith, contractor, on behalf of Bethesda Health Group, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 23.3-square-foot ground sign to be located in the front yard.

B. 8275 Clayton Road–Boundary Adjustment PC Consideration of a request by Patty DeForrest, Director of Parks & Recreation on behalf of the City of Clayton, owner, for a boundary adjustment plat to incorporate the vacated Haddington Court right-of-way into Anderson Park.

C. 7817 Forsyth (Wine Merchant)–Signage ARB Consideration of a request by Ziglin Signs, contractor, on behalf of 7817 Forsyth, LLC, owner, for a modification to the City’s sign ordinance to allow recently installed window and sidewalk identification signs to remain.

D. 505-511 South Hanley Road–Signage ARB Consideration of a request by Engraphix Architectural Signage, contractor on behalf of Midwest Retail Properties, owner, for a modification to the City’s sign ordinance to allow the installation of two wall signs and to allow two existing window signs to remain.

E. 621 East Polo Drive–Accessory Structure ARB Consideration of a request by Lauren Strutman, architect, on behalf of Bob & Sally Harrison, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 352-square-foot accessory structure to be located behind the existing detached garage.
