MINUTES – Regular meeting of March 28, 2016

NEW BUSINESS

A. 8300 & 8400 Maryland Avenue - Commercial – Signage ARB Consideration of a request by Andy Hrdlicka, sign contractor on behalf of Caleres, Inc., owner/tenant, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of wall signs on the front façade of the subject buildings.

B. 7610 Wydown Boulevard – Commercial – Exterior Alteration ARB Consideration of a request by Zoe Robinson, business owner/tenant, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed alterations to the front façade in conjunction with a new restaurant.

C. 8121 Pershing Avenue – Addition to Single-Family Residence & Addition to Detached Garage ARB Consideration of a request by Paul Fendler, architect on behalf of Elisabeth & JT Thompson, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 2-story, 382-square-foot addition to the rear of the existing single-family residence and a 82-square-foot addition to the existing detached garage.

D. 844 Audubon Drive – Addition to Single-Family Residence ARB Consideration of a request by Ted & Shannon Quinn, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 2-story, 654-square-foot addition to the rear of the existing single-family residence.
