A. 7921 Clayton Road – Ground Sign ARB Consideration of a request by Rachel Loeb, business owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 9.5-square-foot ground sign in the front yard.
B. 16 North Central Avenue – Signage ARB Consideration of a request by Piros Signs, contractor, on behalf of the owner of Wicked Greenz, tenant, of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 31.88-square-foot sign on the front elevation.
C. 72 Crestwood Drive – Front Yard Fence ARB Consideration of a request by Adam Schneider, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 6-foot in height cedar fence located in the front yard along Clayton Road.

The SDD will facilitate the development of a multi-phased project to be known as Centene Clayton Campus.
