A. 8500 Maryland Avenue – Public Art (Barton Apartments AKA Vanguard) Consideration of a request by Paul Langdon, developer on behalf of Vanguard Clayton Apartments, LP, owner, for review of the proposed public art at the northeast quadrant of the subject site.
B. 210 Brighton Way – Exterior Alterations to a Single-Family Residence Consideration of a request by Laura Baebler, architect on behalf of Stephen M. & Brenda Arnold, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed exterior alterations including a new front porch.
