A. Text Amendment – City’s Zoning Regulations Outdoor Dining A public hearing to receive input regarding a proposed revision to the City’s Zoning Regulations (Chapter 405), Article XXIX “Outdoor Dining”, to eliminate the prohibition of outdoor heaters on City property.
