B. 7510, 7518, 7520, 7528 & 7634 FORSYTH BOULEVARD; 10 SOUTH LYLE AVENUE; 101 & 105 CARONDELET PLAZE; VACATED ALLEY – Site Plan Review– Lot Consolidation Plat Consideration of a request by Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., engineer, on behalf of Centene Center II, LLC, tenant under lease, to consolidate seven existing lots into two, measuring 48,791 and 58,165 square-feet.

F. 7821 MARYLAND AVE - Conditional Use Permit – Public Library Consideration of a request by the St. Louis County Library District, owner, for a conditional use permit to allow the continued use of the property as a public library.

G. 7821 MARYLAND AVE - Site Plan Review – Public Library Consideration of a request by Dan Jay, architect, on behalf of St. Louis County Library District, owner, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a new 1 story, 18,852 square-foot library. The plan includes the construction of a 20,720 square-foot below grade parking garage. -OVER- H. 7821 MARYLAND AVE - Architectural Review – Public Library Consideration of a request by Dan Jay, architect, on behalf of St. Louis County Library District, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a new Mid-County Library (2 story building; one above grade and parking below grade).
