B. 168 NORTH MERAMEC AVE - Architectural Review Board - Signage Consideration of a request by Daniel Kirchhoff, applicant, on behalf of Christner, Inc., tenant, for review of a request for a modification to the City's sign regulations to allow the installation of an exterior wall sign above the first floor ceiling height.

C. 7600, 7606 & 7620 Forsyth Boulevard & 14 South Hanley Road - Plat - Lot Consolidation Plat Consideration of a request by Dan Ehlmann, applicant, on behalf of Centene Coproration, owner, for review of a plat that consolidates eight existing lots into one lot.
