NEW BUSINESS

A. 7701 MARYLAND AVE - Site Plan Review - Religious Institution Consideration of a request by Randi Mozenter, Applicant, on behalf of Kol Rinah, owner, for review of the proposed site plan associated with the proposed construction of a 4,450 square foot addition to the existing 11,847 square foot building (2,230 square foot auxiliary bldg to be demolished).

B. 7701 MARYLAND AVE. - Architectural Review Board - Religious Institution Consideration of a request by Randi Mozenter, Applicant on behalf of Kol Rinah, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 4,450 square foot addition to the existing 11,847 square foot building.

C. 7701 MARYLAND AVE. - Amendment to Conditional Use Permit - Religious Institution Consideration of a request by Randi Mozenter, Applicant, on behalf of Kol Rinah, owner, for an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit to allow an increase in use of the day care facility to 5,350 square feet.

D. 40 ARUNDEL PL - Architectural Review Board - Residential Consideration of a request by Stanley Lawton, owner, for review of the proposed installation of a limestone wall in the front yard adjacent to the driveway.

E. 522 EAST POLO DR - Lot Consolidation Plat - Residential Consideration of a request by Daniel Ebert, owner, for review of a proposed lot consolidation plat.

F. 6472 SAN BONITA AVE - Architectural Review Board - Residential Consideration of a request by Jeff Haring, contractor on behalf of Christopher & Margaret Connolly, owners, for review of the installation of a limestone retaining wall along the front property line (already installed).
