B. 8049 FORSYTH BLVD - Planned Unit Development - Mixed-Use Consideration of a request by Brandon Bogan, applicant, on behalf of Flaherty & Collins, developer, for review of a proposed Planned Unit Development project consisting of a 22 story mixed-use building containing approximately 228 one and two bedroom apartment units, 324 parking spaces, 7,852 square feet of retail space and associated service space.
