A. 7749 MARYLAND AVE - Architectural Review - Front Yard Retaining Wall Consideration of a request by Robert Effinger, contractor on behalf of Emil & Constance Strotheide, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed replacement of an existing railroad tie wall with a 2.5-foot tall Versa-Lok Mosaic wall system.
B. 12 NORTH CENTRAL AVE - Architectural Review - Special Antenna Consideration of a request by Dave Schneider, applicant, for review of the designa and materials associated with the proposed installation of a pole antenna and related equipment on the subject property.
C. 7620 MARYLAND AVE - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Paul Doerner, architect, on behalf of Christopher & Darcy Dalton, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed exterior alterations including painting the entire house gray, constructing a new front porch and new shutters.

A. 8049 FORSYTH BLVD - Rezoning (continued from November 20, 2017 meeting) Continued consideration of a request by Brandon Bogan, applicant on behalf of Flaherty & Collins, developer, for review of a request to rezone the subject property from Downtown Core Overlay (base zoning of High Density Commercial) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
B. 8049 FORSYTH BLVD - Planned Unit Development - Mixed-Use Project (continued from November 20, 2017 meeting) Continued consideration of a request by Brandon Bogan, applicant on behalf of Flaherty & Collins, developer, for review of a proposed 22 story mixed-use development containing approximately 228 one and two bedroom apartment units, 324 parking spaces, 7,852 square feet of retail space and associated service space.

E. 7501 MARYLAND AVE - Site Plan Review - New Institutional Addition & Renovation (continued from November 6, 2017 meeting) Continued consideration of a request by Eli Hoisington, Architect, on behalf of Centene Corporation,owner under contract, for review of the site plan associated with proposed additions and renovations to the existing building and site for use as an early childhood education center and Centene University.
F. 7501 MARYLAND AVE - Architectural Review Board - New Institutional Addition & Renovation (continued from November 6, 2017 meeting) Consideration of a request by Eli Hoisington, Architect, on behalf of Centene Corporation, owner under contract, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of multiple additions totalling 16,703 square feet and renovations to the existing building and site for use as an early childhood education center and Centene University.
