B. 6367 ELLENWOOD AVE - Architectural Review - Accessory Structure Consideration of a request by Tyler Stephens, architect, on behalf of Dennis & Tiffanie Upshaw, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a new 925 square foot, 3-car detached garage.
