B. 7601 FORSYTH BLVD - Conditional Use Permit - Temporary Construction Site Consideration of a request by Trevor Becherer, applicant, on behalf of Clayco, Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the vacant site to be temporarily used as a construction office for the nearby Centene project.
