A. 745 GLENRIDGE AVE - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Stephen & Pamela Elias, owners, for review of the design & materials associated with the proposed installation of 20-inch tall wrought iron front yard fence {fence partially installed}

B. 7676 FORSYTH BLVD - Conditional Use Permit - Fitness Center Consideration of a request by Ed Williams, applicant, for consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a fitness facility (Wellbridge).

C. 6611 CLAYTON RD & 6602 ALAMO AVE - Conditional Use Permit - Special School Consideration of a request by Sam Chimento, applicant, for consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of the building at 6611 Clayton Road (both floors totaling 18,700 sf) as a Montessori day care facility and to allow the use of the existing parking lot at 6602 Alamo Avenue for school parking.

D. 6611 CLAYTON RD - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Brian Ivy, architectt, on behalf of 6611 Clayton Partners, LLC, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed exterior alterations to include a new roof deck and elevator.

E. 8101 EDINBURGH DR - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Laura & Jorik Ittmann, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 6-foot wooden fence in the front yard facing Francis Place.

F. 7822 BONHOMME AVE - Architectural Review - Signage/Modification to Sign Ordinance Consideration of a request by Amer Hawatmeh, tenant (Copia II), for review of the design and materials associated with the installation of an awning (already installed).

G. 7350 WYDOWN BLVD - Site Plan Review - Residential Consideration of a request by Tom Wall, architect on behalf of Bernard & Beatrice Shore, owners, for review of a site plan to allow site improvements including regrading, a new drainage system, pavement changes and plantings.

H. 7350 WYDOWN BLVD - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Tom Wall, architect on behalf of Bernard & Beatrice shore, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed exterior alterations to include front yard retaining walls.

I. 7701 MARYLAND AVE - Site Plan Review - Commercial Consideration of a request by Randi Mozenter, applicant, on behalf of Kol Rinah, owner, for review of a site plan to allow additional impervious coverage in two recessed play areas. Also, the edge of the north parking lot has been made straight (previously saw cut) to accommodate neighbor requests to study future traffic flow/also reduces paving costs.
