A. 6501 WYDOWN BLVD - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Anne Chao, Preschool Director, on behalf of First Trinitarian Congregation Preschool, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 25' X 22' sunshade over a portion of the playground.
B. 419 POLO DR - Architectural Review - New Residential Addition Consideration of a request by Jane Ann Forney, architect, on behalf of Christopher & Kristin Springer, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 544 square-foot addition over the existing garage at the rear of the house.
C. 241 LINDEN AVE - Architectural Review - Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Lee Reed, contractor, on behalf of Charles Duetsch, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of an emergency generator and associated screening on the right side of the house.
