NEW BUSINESS 1. 6470 Ellenwood Avenue – Architectural Review – Fencing Consideration of a request by Daniel Wald, Applicant/Owner, for review of front yard fencing. 2. 125 Crandon Drive – Architectural Review – Exterior Alterations Consideration of a request by Stacey Karlovic, Applicant, on behalf of Kelly and Raelynn Chase, Owners, for review of design and materials associated with exterior alterations.
DISCUSSION SESSION 1. Sign Regulations A discussion of updates to Chapter 425 Sign Regulations. This is a continuation of the discussion from the July 21st meeting.
