MINUTES – February 10, 2014

PUBLIC REQUESTS AND PETITIONS REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Board Update on Status of Ongoing Projects. • An update to the Board on projects that staff has planned to complete in calendar year 2015.

2. Ordinance – To approve the first quarter budget amendment for FY2015. (Bill No. 6483) • The City of Clayton reviews and makes adjustments to its budgeted revenues and expenditures on a quarterly basis to respond to changes as the fiscal year progresses and to update the Board regarding budgetary issues.

3. Resolution – To approve the renewal of the mosquito control contract with St. Louis County for mosquito control. (Res. No. 15-03) • Clayton’s contract with Saint Louis County to provide mosquito control services expired in 2014. As a result, the St. Louis County Health Department has invited us to renew the contract.
