PUBLIC REQUESTS AND PETITIONS
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Motion – To appoint a Municipal Judge. Recommendation to appoint Joseph R. Dulle as the City of Clayton’s Municipal Judge.
2. Motion – To appoint Provisional Judge. Recommendation to appoint Matthew Fry (Ward 2) as a provisional judge.
3. 1st Quarter Financial Report FY2015.
4. Ordinance – To approve a modification to the Municipal Traffic Code Related to On-Street Parking on Aberdeen Place. (Bill No. 6484) To approve an ordinance codifying the existing on-street parking restrictions posted on the east end of Aberdeen Place.
5. Resolution – To support Earth Hour 2015. (Res. No. 15-04) The World Wildlife Fund is asking individuals, businesses, governments and organizations around the world to turn off their lights for one hour on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at 8:30 p.m. local time – Earth Hour – to make a global statement of concern about climate change and to demonstrate commitment to finding solutions.
