PUBLIC HEARING
1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Claymoor Restaurant located at 15 North Meramec Avenue. (Res. No. 15-15) • To consider approving a conditional use permit for the proposed operation of a restaurant to be known as The Claymoor.
2. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Chapter 505, (Streets, Sidewalks, and Other Public Places), Section 505.125 (Private Mobile Food Vending) related to the operation of public mobile food vending downtown. (Bill No. 6524) • To consider allowing established Downtown restaurants, grocery stores, and food retailers to operate mobile food vending equipment and sell to the general public.
3. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Chapter 405 (Zoning Regulations), Section 405.240 (Front Yard Prohibitions) to allow the operation of mobile food vending equipment in front yards. (Bill No. 6525) • To consider allowing the sale, display, and storage of food products in front yards of private property in conformance with the mobile food vending regulations.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Ordinance - To approve An Amendment To Chapter 210, Article II, Section 210.260 General Animal, Livestock, Birds and Domestic Fowl Regulations. (Bill No. 6518.1) • To consider an amendment to revise the current regulations to require more stringent screening from the streets and adjacent properties and also include design requirements for coops.
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Ordinance – To approve adopting the 2015 International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Residential, Energy Conservation and Fuel Gas Codes, with amendments – 2nd Reading. (Bill No. 6506) • With the adoption of the 2015 IBC, the City would be in compliance with the latest update provided by the International Code Council. 2. Ordinance – To approve adopting the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC) – 2nd Reading. (Bill No. 6507) • With the adoption of the 2015 IBC, the City would be in compliance with the latest update provided by the 1 International Code Council. 3. Ordinance – To approve adopting the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) with amendments - 2nd Reading. (Bill No. 6509) • With the adoption of the 2015 IPMC, the City would be in compliance with the latest update provided by the International Code Council.
4. Ordinance – To approve adopting the 2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC) - 1st Reading. (Bill No. 6526) • This is an ordinance to hear the first reading of the 2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (“ISPSC”) with amendments.
5. Resolution – To approve the submittal of a St. Louis County Municipal Parks Grant application for Taylor Park. (Res. No. 15-16) • To apply for a grant for $400,636 to fund a project(s) at Taylor Park.
