1. Ordinance – To approve a subdivision plat for a lot consolidation at 6364 San Bonita Avenue. (Bill No. 6550)  To consider adopting an ordinance approving a minor subdivision plat for the consolidation of two parcels located in the Hi-Pointe Amended Subdivision.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To continue the local sales tax on motor vehicles purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri Dealer. (Bill No. 6551)  To consider approving an ordinance authorizing the Director of Revenue of the State of Missouri to continue application and collection of the local sales tax on the titling of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a licensed Missouri dealer.
