PUBLIC HEARING
1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 7424 Cromwell Drive. (Res. No. 16-13) • To consider approving an application submitted by Kevin Glines of EFS Energy, on behalf of Daniel Scharff, owner, to allow the installation of a ground mounted solar system in the rear yard of the subject property.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Ordinance – To approve a Special Development District-Sub-District for the Apogee Project at 8125 Forsyth Boulevard. (Bill No. 6561) • The Board of Aldermen voted to table this item at the June 14, 2016 meeting. Recommendation is to table this item and present it at the July 26, 2016 Board meeting.
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Motion – To approve a liquor license for Qdoba Mexican Restaurant at 6701 Clayton Road.
2. Ordinance – To approve a contract for the Brentwood Boulevard Design project. (Bill No. 6563) • To consider approving a contract with HR Green Inc.
3. Ordinance – To accept a bid for the Wayfinding Sign Construction and Installation. (Bill No. 6564) • To consider approving a contract with Color-Ad for the implementation of the downtown wayfinding system.
4. Resolution – To approve a modification to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Clayton Century Foundation. (Res. No. 16-14) • To consider a proposed revision related to the CCF By-Laws.
5. Motion – To approve the destruction of records.
