PUBLIC HEARING

1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Kol Rinah located at 7701 Maryland Avenue. (Res. No. 16-22) • To consider a request from David Weber on behalf of Kol Rinah, owner, to allow the operation of a 3,300 square foot child care facility on the first floor of the subject building and to allow parking in the front yard area.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Clayton Fire Department Award and Recognition.

2. Ordinance – To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for Fire and Emergency Medical Services to Washington University Danforth Campus. (Bill No. 6589) • To enter into a new agreement with Washington University.

3. Ordinance – To approve a contract for an architectural/engineering consultant for the Shaw Park Ice Rink Project. (Bill No. 6590) • To consider approving a design contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for the architectural and engineering design work for the Shaw Park Ice Rink and Multi-Use Facility Project.

4. Ordinance – To approve settlement agreement with TracFone and assigning a portion of the settlement proceeds to the St. Louis County Municipal League. (Bill No. 6591) • Due to the City’s involvement in a class action lawsuit against telecommunications service providers for back taxes due, the City will receive $15,483.63.

5. Ordinance – To approve a contract agreement for the Brentwood Technology Services project. (Bill No. 6592) • To consider approving an agreement that will provide technology services.

6. Resolution – To approve an updated project list for the Clayton Century Foundation. (Res. No. 16-23) • To consider approving an updated project list for the purpose of fundraising by the Clayton Century Foundation.
