1. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to the Outdoor Dining Regulations to allow heaters in the public right-of-way. (Bill No. 6613) To consider allowing Fire Department approved outdoor heaters in outdoor dining space located on public property.
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. FY2017 2nd Quarter Financial Report.
2. Ordinance – To approve a Use and Maintenance Agreement with St. Louis County for the Hanley Road Streetscape Improvements Project. (Bill No. 6614) Consideration for approving contract with St. Louis County for the sidewalk adjacent to the Scott Triangle Park Project to meet the Downtown Clayton Streetscape Standards.
3. Resolution – Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) application to East-West Gateway. (Res. No. 17-12) Consideration for authorizing and supporting a TAP grant application for the Brentwood Boulevard Corridor Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail Routes Study.
4. Resolution – Readopting Procedure to Disclose Potential Conflicts of Interest. (Res. No. 17-13) The Missouri Ethics Commission requires all affected municipalities to readopt the personal financial disclosure annually no later than September 15th.
5. Motion – To approve appointments to the Boards and Commissions.
