1. Ordinance – To approve a subdivision plat for 7528, 7634, 7520, 7518, & 7510 Forsyth Boulevard; 10 South Lyle Avenue; 101 & 105 Carondelet Plaza (Centene Plat II) the Centene project. (Bill No. 6626) • To consider approving a major subdivision plat consolidating seven lots and a vacated alley into two lots. 2. Ordinance - Property Tax Levies - Tax Year 2017 (FY 2018) – 1st Reading (Bill No. 6627) *** General Municipal Purposes *** *** Debt Levy General Obligation Bond Purposes*** *** Police Building Debt Service*** *** Special Business District *** • As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present to the Board the proposed tax rates. 3. Ordinance - To adopt the FY 2018 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget – 1st Reading (Bill No. 6628) • As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present the Board with an annual budget. The Board has extensively reviewed the proposed budget at a work session held July 18, 2017 and August 18, 2017.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Resolution – To authorize the submittal of a St. Louis County Municipal Park Grant application for the Shaw Park Ice Rink project. (Res. No. 17-15) • To consider authorization to submit for a grant for the replacement of the Shaw Park Ice Rink.

2. Motion - To approve a liquor license for the Box Hill Group, LLC D.B.A. Louie DeMun located at 706 DeMun Ave., Suite B. • Box Hill Group, LLC d.b.a. Louie DeMun is requesting a liquor license to sell all kinds of intoxicating liquor at retail by the drink, including Sundays.

3. Update on Craigslist projects.
