1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for St. Louis Kolache located at 21 N. Bemiston Avenue. (Res. No. 6631) • To consider approving an application submitted by Russell John Clark, III, business owner, to allow the operation of a 1,100 square foot restaurant in the space formerly occupied by a gallery).
