REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To consider a modification to the Municipal Traffic Code related to On-Street Parking on Brighton Way, South Central Avenue, Crescent Drive, Forest Court, North Forsyth Boulevard, Francis Place, South Meramec Avenue, Oleta Drive, Seminole Place, University Lane, and Wydown Boulevard. (Bill No. 6642)  To consider approving amendments to the code to validate the existing signage.

2. Ordinance – To approve a first amendment to the Amended and Restated Bonhomme Parking Garage Lease between the City and Clayton On the Park, LLC. (Bill No. 6643)  To consider approving modifications to the lease to accommodate electric car charging stations for its tenants.

3. Ordinance – To approve a Clayton Vibrant Retail and Restaurant Incentive Program. (Bill. No. 6644)  To consider approving a policy to increase downtown vibrancy and promote safe and efficient buildings.

4. Ordinance – To approve a purchase and development agreement for 8049 Forsyth Boulevard. (Bill No. 6645).  To consider approving an agreement to sale City-owned property, surface parking lot, located at 8049 Forsyth Boulevard, currently.

5. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Ordinance No. 6507, related to the Sustainability Committee. (Bill No. 6646)

6. Motion – To approve the appointment of a chairman to the Sustainability Committee.

7. Motion – To approve the 2018 Board of Aldermen Meeting Schedule.
