PUBLIC REQUESTS & PETITIONS

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Ordinance – To approve a contract for the Oak Knoll Park Entrance Project. (Bill No. 6653)  To consider approving a contract with Gershenson Construction Company for improvements to the entrance of Oak Knoll Park.

2. Appeal – Board of Aldermen action of Ordinance No. 6515 related to 8049 Forsyth Boulevard.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Resolution - Urging Missouri State Legislators to Adopt Laws to Prevent Gun Violence and Promote Safe Schools. (Res. No. 18-02)  The Clayton Mayor and Board of Aldermen consider the safety and well-being of all citizens of the City of Clayton and the Great State of Missouri to be the most important duty of all elected officials regardless of political affiliation.

2. Ordinance – FY2018 1st Quarter Budget Amendment. (Bill No. 6657)  The City of Clayton reviews and adjusts its budgeted revenues and expenditures on a quarterly basis to respond to changes as the fiscal year progresses and to update the Board regarding budgetary issues

3. Ordinance – To approve a contract for the Parking Ramp Reconstruction Project. (Bill No. 6658)  Public Works is requesting approval of a construction contract for the 10 N. Bemiston Parking Garage Partial Replacement Project. The project will include the demolition and replacement of the concrete beams and slab that support the northeastern ramp of the parking garage which provides access to the Fire Department engine bays from the northern alley.

4. Ordinance – To approve a Charitable Maintenance Agreement for Chapman Plaza. (Bill No.6659)  To consider an agreement with the Barry-Wehmiller Group, Inc., the Chapman Family Foundation, Robert H. Chapman, the Clayton Century Foundation, and the City of Clayton.

5. Motion – To approve the destruction of records.
